Shannon Reed - Kneading Shannon Massage
Shannon Reed realized she had the gift of touch in her teens while massaging friends and family. She decided after high school to pursue one of the oldest of the healing arts, the art of massage. In 2004 she graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage where she studied among other subjects, Anatomy, Kinesiology, Pathophysiology, and Asian theory.
After schooling Shannon became a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist by the NCBTMB and obtained her Maryland license in 2005. She is a certified member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
Although she incorporates many modalities in her massages, Shannon specializes in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. With her integrated approach she tailors each session to meet the specific needs of each client.
