1:1 coaching to support you in your dreams and desires in a safe space where you can be seen and heard. Let me help you meet your empowered, passionate and sexy self . The work we do works on all levels emotional, mental, physical, sexual and energetic. The practices include breathwork and integration into the body which help support your nervous system for further healing.
Coaching Hours:
Friday 1-1:45 pm, 3:30- 5:30 pm, 6:30- 8:00 pm
Saturday 9:45 -10:45, and 12:45- 1:45 pm
Sunday 10:15- 12:45 pm
Monday 10:30- 12:30 pm
