Kalidas is a Kirtan Wallah and musician based in Asheville, NC. In 1990 after studying music in college he moved to his Guru's ashram in East Tennessee. For the next 5 years he immersed himself in Guruseva and esoteric practices. It was during this time he developed a deep love for Kirtan and devotional music. In 1997 Kalidas was ordained as an Acharya/ priest in ancient Tantric lineage of the Chandika Sampradaya. In 2003 this commitment was further cemented when his Guru empowered him as Yogacharya. Since then Kalidas has shared his love of the Divine through offering Kirtan and sacred ceremony in Asheville and abroad. Jai Ma!!
