Chi Flow

Chi Flow is a simplistic moving meditation based on the classic practice of Qigong. Inspired by the traditional 8 Brocade , we begin with deep inner focus, stimulation of sense organs to ignite Qi , and then flow through 8-10 graceful standing postures which activate the meridians and subtle energy body. Throughout the practice we will also align our spirits by connecting affirmations , gratitude and releasing statements to the movemen bringing the entire body and being into a balanced, enrgized yet calm state.
